What counts as a visit report?
A visit report is generated each time a caregiver completes a visit and sends the proof-of-visit update (arrival/departure times, photos, and notes). It's the core unit of your care record.
What happens if I exceed my monthly visit reports?
Additional visit reports are billed at $0.15 each. You'll see overage charges clearly in your monthly invoice, and we'll notify you before you approach your limit.
Can I add more caregiver seats?
Yes. Additional seats beyond what's included in your plan are $10/seat/month. Add or remove seats anytime from your account settings.
How does the payment processing work?
Available on Team and Studio plans, in-app invoicing uses Stripe or Square to process client payments. We charge 0.9% of processed volume — no per-transaction minimums.

Can I switch plans anytime?
